A $75 deposit will be due at contract signing. This deposit will go towards the total rental amount.

Please give 72 hour notice if you will be cancelling your event if notice is not given the deposit will not be returned.

The renter is responsible for the welfare of the space during rental period and will be liable for any damages to the property and it’s contents

Use of nails, staples, thumbtacks, or any material that could damage the walls or floors is prohibited.

Renter will put trash in the bins, remove decorations, clean up, dispose of food, and leave the building in an orderly way

Dishes, equipment,food, and supplies in the kitchen cabinets are property of the Countinghouse Loft and are not to be removed from the space
